Terrible place for kids. There's always someone harressing kids, usually an older maintenance guy whose pastime is to be unpleasant to residents, specially to kids, bossing aroud like his is the owner of the place. This person should be working in a retirement community or retire him self. It's more then time Mr. -----.
Lots of dog's poop all over the place. Manager does nothing about it (can't patrol' designate a dog walk area, is that difficult') Dumpster places always wide open, showing all sort of disgusting things. Landscaping is mowing grass only. Worst quality money can pay.
The place was nice before but after this manager, ----... something, everything went dow hill, maybe the place is already in the bottom. Not the prices, oh no Sir. For the quality of the place, it's the most expensive in the area.
The smilling staff is all fake, once you rent, they will treat you like they never met you before, you are just another idiot renting here. How dare you disturb the
Madams in the office. In the social activity (only a poor one once a year) they look very miserable for being there after hours, extending their fake smiles. They leave in the very minute the party is supposed to end. Rude, rude, rude...
Noise' Not even go there...You hear your neighbors performing you know what, like they'r in your bed.
I'm out of this place as soon as my lease is done. Uff, thanks God.

I have to say your response is quite stupid. I lived at the Legends from 2005-2006 [left to purchase a home] and they have the best maintenance staff I ever encountered. I remember the gentleman you are referring to, and he's a classy guy who makes sure the complex is a great place for everyone. He helped me a number of times, and thank god he's the only one who stands up to loud, obnoxious children! If you can't control your kids [ie splashing in the hot tub, darting out in the street, vandalizing and trespassing other people's patios] then that's your problem. No apartment is truly a good place for kids anyway; why don't you buy a house? Your mentioning names with dashes really shows you have no class at all. Maybe you're the real --- hole.
