The staff was very accomodating when working to get us in the apartment, but service once a tenant is terrible. We live in a building with one of the managers and yet the noise is terrible. There is clearly no insulation between the garages and the interior walls because we can hear every single word spoke by tenants walking down to their garages. It sounds like the walls are falling down when the upstairs tenants walk down the garage steps. Interestingly, the apartment we moved into was not available to see prior to signing the lease, and it seems to have a water problem. It has always smelled musty, and now going on 3 months I have been sick. Heading to the doctor and to hire a mold specialist. I can't live here much longer. Office is fast at responding to dog poop complaints, but one of the tenants dumped their Christmas tree behind our apartment and it took almost 3 months for the office and maintenance to pick it up. Still waiting on someone to respond to the water leak outside our front door. Really I feel like I live in the ghetto of Preston.
