I have lived here for about 1 year now. Now that my lease is 2 month away from expiring they send me a notice saying...."oh by the way if you would like to stay in the same unit we will raise the rest from $675 to $748." That the thanks I receive huh'''' If I decide to stay I wonder how much my rent rate increase will be for the next year. Maitenence is lazy, all they do is drive around in their cart all day laughing. OH yea, maintenence will also come into you apartment unannounced. I believe they were in my apartment one day and had a drink. Two beers were missing from the fridge....and I stay alone!!!! I would not refer this site to anyone.
