Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I have lived here for 7 months now and have enjoyed it. The sound insulation is a little better than most---as far as neighbors are concerned. You can hear people coming and going on the stairs as they are attached to the bedroom wall (the stairs are not attached to my bedroom but I can still hear them).
Maintainence seems average. Office staff always very friendly and helpful.
