The apartment itself is great. Except for being very poorly insulated and having leaky windows so that it is cold in the winter. The floors are concrete, even on the third floor, so there is little noise.

As a community, it sucks. People are not friendly at all. And everyone has a dog which they let ---- and piss over every blade of grass you might have thought of walking on. The pool is crowded with young kids who are probably using it as a shower and bathroom at the same time. However, there are plenty of overly suntanned nasties hanging out around the pool all summer long, if you're into that.
It is at a great location if you work in RTP. If you don't, then you get screwed by the terrible morning and evening traffic on 54 and cary pkwy.
They give great move-in specials. Don't expect that to last! The next year the lease rate will be up to the full amount, which these apartments are NOT worth. You can get a much cheaper apartment in the cary area. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

They raised the rent so 'you' would move. You should get a dog they are a lot of fun! When I walk my dog I will make sure she pisses all over the place just for you!
