This is a cheap apartment, both in price and quality. The noise is horrible. I have had three different people live on top of me and all have sounded like elephants wearing high heels. I can hear EVERYONE's tv too. The parking is terrible. If I don't make it home by 5:15, I have to walk a mile to my apartment. Someone is always parked in the loading zone too, so if you want to unload groceries too bad. I also feel like I am living in a third world country. My lease ends in the next few months and I am counting the days to get out! It was very nice when I first moved in, but it has really started to go downhill. Listen to these warnings! The price is good, but the apartment is not.

Thanks for the review! Parking is an issue and it appears to be a large issue at Archstone. Every apartment should have at least 2 spaces plus room for guests. Sounds like Archstone is way under that basic requirement.

I actually left a month before my lease ended and moved into another community - I couldn't stand Archstone anymore!! You get what you pay for!!! Archstone is a dump - I learned my lesson!
