I moved into this aparment because it was the best priced 2 bedroom apartment that was close to work. I needed something easy to find since i relocated with my company from another state. When i went to the office they quoted me at $615 a month and all i needed to bring to move in was first months rent. On the day before the moving truck was suppose to come, i went to pick up the keys. I was then asked for the rent, which i had no problem, but then was asked for the security deposit. I didn't know anything about it and not to mention that it was nearly $1000.00 and i was told that i woulndn't be able to get the keys until i came up with it. Now, keep in mind that I had the money to give them, but no bank to get it from since i still had my old local bank. i had to reschedule my movers, and pay fees to take money out of an ATM over the next 2 days.

I didn't stay at this aparment my full lease as i was again transferred with my job. I informed them i would be moving out by mid Oct. I gave them my notice to vacate on the 20th and that i would like to do my walk through with the manager because of the rapid return of my security deposit. I was also told that my apartment was going to be rented out on Nov 1st and not to worry about the rent for that month, just the lease breakage fee.

Well, here were are almost in December and I have yet to receive my security deposit. Not to mention that every time i call to inquire about it , the manager is never in the office, even when i call the day they tell me she is going to be in. Come to find out, the paper work never got filed and i am still showing as an active resident and i have an eviction notice! I don't even live there anymore and they are trying to evict me. (Oh and not to mention that they now have sold the property to CWS. Forget trying to contact them because they are just as difficult) DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have had nothing but problems with them. They have lost my rent check, which was paid in money orders and i furnished proof of reciept and STILL had to pay court fees and 2 months rent.
