I've been here for about a year and enjoy it. The new management company is remodeling the inside of the apartments and I had a look the other day at what they're doing. They're changing out flooring, lights, counter-tops, adding a microwave and ceiling fans... I think I might have my apartment remodeled when I renew next March. Since the change in management, I've also noticed they're holding a lot of resident events. I've lived in five apartment complexes over the last five years and this is the only place where I've known them to have community events. The pool party last month was really nice. They cooked out and gave away prizes. I got a letter on my door the other day about a movie showing at the pool. You can swim in the pool while watching a movie. How cool is that'
