I have lived in the complex for about 5 years now. I moved in when it was under Archstone management. I had a few problems under Archstone, such as their inability to fix a leaky window but when we became Marquis they seemed to be able to get the right contractors in here to finally resolve the issue. I've also seen less problems with ants. In the summer months I used to have to put out ant cups cuz the red ants were a problem. Last summer I didn't have that problem. The office staff is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. They have started having community events. I feel pretty safe here and have no major problems. Of course this is apt living so you can occasionally here neighbors in the parking lot or smell some ethnic foods being cooked but it's not all the time. My biggest problem has been residents being ignorant of the law and not walking their dogs on a leash, but that happens anywhere. All in all, I would recommend the complex.
