We suspected mold in our apartment after finding a leak in the wall in our sons bedroom and having my son diagnosed with four different respirtory infections in a 6 month time frame. His asthma also grew consistently worse while we lived there. We reported it and it was never fixed...Which doesn't surprise me since they never would fix our smelly dusty damp air conditioner.(Each time we called,maintenence would only change our filter. We purchased a mold kit which revealed that there was a mold problem. Needless to say we had to move IMMEDIATELY!

Parking is defitely a growing problem and so is the attitude of management.

I don't know anything about the mold issue. But, I've never seen anyone having an issue with parking, and the management is always respectful if not outright friendly with me and my family.
