I lived in this apartment for 8 months. I came to know about this apartment from one of my friend. I called up and a book apartment. At that time they were quite friendly. But, when i moved to apartment i found that apartment doesn't have sunlight also. At the time of negotiation also .. they didn't change the rent. However there is no standard rate for apartment also. you might pay more than your neighbour. some of the incident happened with of their so called customer service : -- At the end of lease I called them and asked can i move to different apartment in same community before 2 days (due to weekend) ' they told me that u have to pay transfer fees of $300 (is this a good customer service'')
- When i found from other people in community regarding rent. I met personally Christine. She didn't gave good reply also.I also called property manager Elizabeth..All them so rude that you are now in our cage....
I am so depressed with Leasing office then i left community before a week.so shame of this peoples

I have lived in this apartment community for 6 years and have a completely different view on the community than this reviewer. I have no problem with any of the leasing office staff. In fact, they have never been anything but helpful to me whenever I have an issue. They even worked with me on my rent, including not increasing my rent this last time my lease was up for renewal. And I hate to break it to you but most communities will charge a transfer fee to transfer to a different apartment. Not having enough sun is not a valid reason for breaking a lease either. There has to be something physically wrong with it. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone. If you are concerned with the apt's location, amount of sunlight, etc then I would suggest checking out the apartment at least from the outside before signing the lease in the first place.

you might be a rare case. I had discussed with some of my neighbours/friends. nobody has a good review abt leasing office staff. they all are planning for completed lease. FYI i have also sent a letter to cws apartment llc regarding my experience.Let's see what they will do.i want leasing office to reply on this thing not you.

They have honestly fixed all of my issues. I have some loud neighbors, but they have kids. The ones above me are the ones I have the most problem with. There not partying they just don't know how to walk with out stomping. I have had my ceiling fan shake before from it and have also had things fall off the wall. One night one of their kids fell out of bed. The crash woke me up and then a scream directly followed.. LMAO! Other then that and someone putting a stink bomb in front of my door oh and someone taking my gargoyles ! That upset me too.
