Ahhh, life in a premium building.
So far it means a broken security door they seem in no rush to fix, an elevator that will knock your fillings loose as it reaches the top floor and weekly evacuation drills thanks to a faulty fire alarm. All of this for an extra 50 bucks a month. Brand new building and no one seems to have a strong desire to deal with any of this. FD response time(maybe due to the numerous false alarms) 20 minutes. It took several days to get an AC unit fixed in the early summer. Guess because it's under warranty they can only deal with certain companies and they were booked. It's not what I expected from a brand new building - same old second class treatment.
