I agree, it seems that the personal safety that I was sold and was looking for was all a Lie just to get me as a tenant. Although I was assured that this was a priority for the management group and the owners of the property. Also one of the other things that were important to me was a quite environment which I was advised was a priority to the management group and the owner. This is far from the truth, it is very noisy here. I have reported this many times and the management company seems to only care about how many people it can get into the apartments. They also advised me that they were very concerned about the type people that lived here and that this was an important premium to living here adding to my safety and peace of mind. This was also another one of those untruths that Southern Oaks is really good at telling and I thought I had found a place I could really call home but as soon as my lease is up I am out of here. I would not refer this place to anyone. Move somewhere else other than Southern Oaks if you don't want to be disappointed.
