My wife and I recently moved here from Vermont. Let me tell you about difference. We went all over Morrisville-Cary-Raleigh looking for apartments. It was hard because coming from Vermont everything is old and not nearly as nice, so we had a ton of choices.

I don't know if its just me, but people from NC seem to be alot nicer than in Vermont, which is one of the reasons we moved.

What blows my mind though is the apartment staff. They seriously went out of there way to lease to us. At first you kind of got the impression that it was too good to be true. That they must be treating this well to get my money.

That didnt really matter though. The apartments were clean, spacious, luxurious looking even.

We have been here for 3 months now and they haven't changed. They are just as nice as they were when we moved in. Always there to give us directions, to chat, to take care of our needs.

My wife and I have even put off buying a house for another year, just to be spoiled a little while longer.
