when i moved in, they agreed the carpet needed changing and promised that i wouldnt be charged for it - but when i moved out they blamed the whole damage on me and charged the whole replacement cost on me. They wouldnt even let me talk to the guy who sold me the apartment.

dont go there and get fooled by the sweet talk - all they want is your money, more than they are due.
