It's horrible

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived there for 2 years and hated it. The neighbors were the worst imaginable. The management was absolutely horrible and never helpful. They ripped me off at every opportunity. I moved to down the road to a much better complex, so happy to be out of there.
