The manager of oaks at weston is one of the worst manager in Morrisville area. She always smile in your face, but beleive me it is a fake smile. she tells you that we are 99% full, and she doesn't know that you live in a building with 3 or four apartments empty. that is just in one building. she tells you that your rent is the least in the complex, and she doesn't know that you have friends or neighbours that you know how much they pay and they know how much you pay.
Add to that The United Dominion Reigonal office manager in Raleigh never answer his phone, and when you leave him a message it takes him days to respond, and if you speak with accent he most likely won't return your call. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I have to agree about the manager here at the Oaks. She is a reall B---- and if you get on her bad side she finds things to get at you. She is a power hungery control freak. The time she was out on leave was the best it has been in the 1 yr living here. Oh and if you are a man that she finds interesting she will be extremly nice to you but if you are his wife think again. I'm the wife. She is so fake. nice to your face if she wants to be or she will call you in her office and chew you a new one in a heartbeat over stupid sh--. I really feel sorry for the staff here. The staff is the best you couldn't find any nicer people and more helpful. But she rags their as--- all the time. And no the United Dominion group don't care. So I guess you could say she fits right in.

I am a resident and I cannot agree more. She will squeeze all the money she can at evry opportunity. I have heard so many stories from the people I know about her mean and fake behavior, especially at the time when you end the rental.

And If you were a resident at The Oaks at Weston you "May" have lost your deposit because you were a slob...Now think about that..and if you would like to smack the smile off "anyones face" this email has been sent to the Police department.. have at it..they have been informed of your "Threat". remember.. I just want to smack that fake smile off her face. I can respect a b---- as long as the person doesn't fake it otherwise. Don't worry about getting your deposit back, worry about how much more you have to pay when you are at the end of your rental.
