I lived at this apartment for just around 4 months but paid rent for 6months.
The management is not at all friendly. They are good only till they make you sign the lease.
The next day after you join they behave as though you are a stranger.
They will be in office but keep a board hanging out saying we are on property tour and be back at 1:30 and when you go at 1:30pm it will be 3:30 and so on.
Even if you call for any type of maintenance like Gas leaking they would say I don t smell anything, just to avoid spending time to fix the issue.
I had to vacate earlier than my signed lease and went for an option to keep my 2 Bed room open for rent through the Oaks management and they never rented it.
They infact used my Power to clean up the house and switched on the a/c throughout the day and whenever I asked them if someone took my apartment they said
No one is asking for a 2 Bed room apartment at all. When I was breaking my lease they said that mine was the only 2 Bed room apartment in their entire units that s
Out for rent and they couldn t fill it in 2.5 months too. The moment my lease was over the next week they had someone take my apartment.
There are tons and tons and tons of worms, insects and several other bugs so be careful about this one too.
In essence the worst apartment I have ever lived and the worst management of all the apartments that I lived so far.
I will not suggest this to my worst enemy.

Umm The Oaks at Weston has all electric appliances and heat/Ac? how could you complain of gas leak? And if you had a pest control problem why didnt you call? They have it done once a week around the building and do the insides of the apartments on Thursdays when you need it.This is NC and we do have bugs. How could they even try to rerent a apartment with out cleaning it?
