I enjoyed living here, but I soon found out how great they were when I moved out. They charged me an outrangeous amount for a spot that was not on the carpet when I moved out....only to say...they had to actually replace the area...not at all true. I had friends help me move and they even noticed how incredible clean the entire apartment was....also be aware there is mold in the walls....they had to tear out the walls in one of the nearby units.... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

We have lived in this community from 2001. My daughter recently moved from one apartment whitin the community to another one. I raised my concern about exsisting mold on the outside door casing and while in the proceess of vacating the apartment, we also noticed eveidence of mold under her stove and washer/dryer. while my daughter lived there we put a work order to check the mold out on the door casining as it is bad for health especially when she has a two and 11/2 year old son, they painted the casing and think that would fix the problem. they also dismismissed the presenece of mold in the kitchen. I did ask for an official report and have not receeived it yet.
