I never really had a problem with the staff or maintenance people. They were reasonably quick and the staff was helpful. Overall it was pretty fair treatment. Didn't have a pet, so not sure what the deal is with animals. My only complaint was the loud train from across the street that comes roaring through 5:00am in the morning.But then again, that's not really The Oak's fault!
