I really bothers me to see the previous negative comments about pointless issues. This place is great! I looked at all of the apartments in the area and nothing came even close to what the Oaks had to offer. The apartments looks impressive from the outside and inside. If you are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment not on the ground floor, than this is the BEST option in the area. You get a lot of space, storage, and more of a "condo/townhouse feel" than other apartments. The majority of the people are very friendly in the complex. The management really tries to be helpful and if you make the effort to be nice to them than they will be nice to you. You have to realize you can't get everything you want in an apartment...

Why should it be you and not the management to make the effort to be nice. I thought it was their job.
