I have been living at the Oaks for about 3 years and i have only good things to say.I can put in a work request and it will be done before i get home.Everyone is so nice in the office.The communnity is always nice and they keep the grass cut..My lease is up in October and I dont want to leave

I'm confused! You said that you had ONLY good things to say about the place and you Rate the place 3.0? Plus, if you moved In in Oct, 2006 then you have been there for 2 years by Oct, 2008 not 3.
