Decent place, just don't get a unit next to 54

Moved in to the Oaks at Weston because it was right down the street from work and the rent was around $100 cheaper than the other places I looked at in the area.
I've only been here for a few months but so far it has been decent. But I made the mistake of getting a unit next to Chapel Hill Rd/54 which is right next to the railroad tracks, not to mention the Fire Department is a block down the street. The combination of those two can be noisy at times.
Noise wise, besides what I mentioned above, you can hear the occasional cabinet door slam and other small noises but its an apartment so that is expected.
The few bugs I've seen were already dead so I take it that is a sign they spray regularly.
Parking isn't bad as long as you don't get in really late, the later you get in the further you park. Lighting is adequate and never felt for my safety.
Staff has been friendly to me. Never had a problem that needed maintenance to come out but I've emailed the office a few times with questions and they always responded quickly. And Brooke is pretty hot.
Grounds look like they get taken care of.
Neighbors are a mix, from what I've noticed it seems to be more younger professionals and families.
My only suggestion is get a place near the back, probably would have given it 4/5 instead of 3/5. I can see the train and sirens getting on my nerves soon.
