The complex is nice, the apartments are average. I have and paid for an upgraded apartment and so glad I did once I looked at the other apartments. I live on the first floor and you can hear about everything the person above is doing!! The staff was very nice until I signed the lease. Since then it is as if I am no body and treat me like dirt. The customer service is something to be desired once you move in. Being in the medical field with direct patient care for 14 years customer service is key to me and what a change once you move in compaired to when they wanted you to sign the lease. The parking in my area is horrible. This seems to be a common problem. When I addressed this to the staff I was told "there are 23 mixed apartments in your section and you can see there is no parking availble for those apartments and there is nothing we can do about it" If you are just looking for the typical apartment that is decent in a decent area then this is ok. If you are looking for customer service and not listening to music all the time from your neighbors then this complex is not for you.

I can't agree more with the music thing. if you live in apartment, sound system should not be allowed. what do you expect if you have a sound system and you are 5 inch away from your neighbor? I called the police 3 times once for different drunk neighbors enjoying their loud music with sub woofer shaking the walls careless about others. management should add to the lease agreement "No Sound system allowed".
