I am staying in this apartment. Out side look is not good. If u take downstairs u suffer with insects. Even in upstairs if by mistake if u open balcony door mosqutos, flys and all insects come inside. when i took the rent was reasonable. Now they r increasing. u can give 450$ for one bedroom and 570$ for two bedroom. Its not worth for more than that.
Once ur lease gets over they increase 150$ which happend to me.

One day they say one rent.IF u caLL on next day if some one picks up she will say high rent. they don't have fixed prices.

SO BE CAREFUL WHEN ASKING FOR RENT.THIS IS VERY IMP IN THIS APPARTEMNT.

mY SUGGESTION IS INSTEADYING PAYING THIS MUCH OF RENTS HERE U CAN FIND NICE APARTMENT.

I suggest asking if the special will apply when you renew your lease before signing anything. Many times the "special" will only apply for the first lease you sign and not if you renew the apartment. Ask ahead of time and get it in writing.

I have had no problems with insects and the rents here are the lowest around; I agree ask first.....
