"not recommended" is not being truthful. She does not live in a downstairs, she lives in an upstairs. Actually, her husband recommended another renter who is moving in this month. Hmmm... Their renewal was offered at a $30 increase - certainly not $150. Wouldn't I realize everyone would move out with a $150 increase per month. We do have fixed prices and fixed specials. If someone calls and is quoted a price but doesn't rent and days later there is a different special - that's the way it goes. Anytime specials change, it is documented with our corporate office. We follow fair housing laws. I live here, as does the rest of our staff and we all lived here before we worked here. I have worked here for 10 years and lived here for 11. Please feel free to come visit our neighborhood and find out the truth for yourself.
