A/C not working in the rooms and cannot be fixed.
Unclean oven.
Rusted fridge.
Water leak in the bathroom.
Beware if signing a lease from out of state. Have a look and then sign lease.
The first apt company looking for 60 day notice for a 3 month lease !
Very very unhappy experience.

As far as the comment: "look first then sign" ALL PERSPECTIVE RESIDENTS ARE GIVEN A FULL TOUR BEFORE LEASES ARE EVEN DISCUSSED. Sites like these are for actual complaints and/or compliments, not childish remarks. Things break down and when you live in an apartment it should be a "given". Bboop
