Although Treybrooke is a nice place to live, beware! Over the last few months, we have seen more and more --------- move in. And not just families, but groups, rotating their hours to share bedrooms. This is not one isolated incident, but one of many similiar incidnts. The work vans that they use to pile into by the tens each morning, litter the parking lots. When they come home, it is like watching clowns come out of a Volkswagon.Lets not forget to mention the constant Tejano music that lights up the mornings and anights!

Walking around the parking lots, I see many cars that have expired plats, or that have out of state tags that have never been properly renewed in North Carolina. I have seen many apartments have three or four cars attached to the apartments, even though there is a two car per apartment policy. The parking, due to this, is atrocious at times.

And lastly, lets not forget our resident ten year old fire starter! There have been several fires, not small ones, attributed to this child. For the most part, the parents don't care, and let the kids just run around all day and night unsupervised, running their filthy mouths at anyone that approaches them.

These issues are the issues that so far, have not been addressed by the management, though they have been brought up to them.

So, if you want to live in a neighborhood that will look like East LA in a year, and lets not forget to mention the gang insignia that has been seen on the Hidpanics here, move to Treybrooke.

Standards have changed, and not for the better. There will come a point of no return before this looks like a section eight complex, and english speaking residents will be outnumbered for good.

i'm going to have to say that racism and prejudice do not actually add anything to my opinions - as far as i'm concerned your review is worthless on this website.
