I completely empathize with the last reviewer. -------- hanging out in the parking lot blasting mariachi, or whatever you call it, day and night. This even occurs right outside the office and the management could care less. Then there's the black who comes in and out of the complex with a system so loud it rattles the windows in your apt. I wouldn't be surprised if gunfire doesn't start ringing out on a regular basis soon.

I live here, in the cul-de-sac with the office, and there is no music blasting day and night. I have noticed "mexican music" blasting, but in the evening, for a short period of time. Not once have my windows rattled. I heard more consistent noise when the pool was open this summer and the kids were there to play. Heck, I hear more noise when I step outside and the kids at the Montessori school are outside playing. This is still a very quiet, family-oriented community and I am a perfectly happy resident.

I am so tired of hearing these people talk about "--------" and "------". I am a white, white-collar professional. WE LIVE IN AMERICA WHERE ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL! How about trying to judge someone on the kind of person they are rather than their ethnicity or color. And I have a comment about hispanic people...they are hard working individuals and if you ever take the time to get to know some "Mexican" or "Black" people, you may realize how ignorant you are. And by the way, in this world there are low class and trashy --------- & ------- Americans, and guess what...Whites too! Judge the person individually!

It's not about the race, he's simply making a note that white and black guys are not the ones blasting "Mariachi"(?-lol) music in their cars and 99% of the people in my, your and EVERYONE'S apt neighborhood that fly through the neighborhood with extra base installed in their trunk are BLACK.
