I hate the lease. 60 days to move out and odd bait and switch on the price - I pay $640 a month rent but they have an odd "value" clause of $860/month if one wants to break the lease or go month to month And they want a large deposit.

And a problem with two cars .. lease states 1 car per person ON the lease. lease also states if you are a couple and have 2 children you are not supposed to live in a 1 bedroom place. I think several couples in 2 bedroom places are exceeding the occupency resitrictions - but again I have not have had a problem.

The rug was nice and clean. air works. stove noticably older - cupboards used but not bad.

I like the family atmosphere. It is close to a Montisori school.

The residents I see live here seem to be low middle of the road people. The place generally is quiet.

The residents I have seen move in here seem to be at both ends of the bell curve - low income or high income. The could bode trouble.

And there are many India ------- and --------- here. They have not given me a problem.

Think the --------- are'nt bad here.... wait until you look out your window in the evening and find 4-5 of them actually sitting on your car like I did! My Jeep had seat marks all over it, and when I confronted them, they acted as if I was inconveiencing them by asking them to move! And try getting around the work vans in the morning! Good luck. I will not be renewing my lease, but from the looks of things, they will have no trouble filling my apartment with more dis-respectful people!

Sounds like a really racial person...there are people of all groups and I haven't met a bad one yet! I have lived here for 7 years now and can't be happier. And I believe when I look at my lease - the larger amount listed is the actual rent and then they give us money off for signing long leases so of course that money off would not apply to us if we aren't in a lease. My daughter just moved to Raleigh and all the apartments in this area seem to require the 60 days notice. You know, sometimes the way you see others is a reflection on who you are.
