# Nice, clean and green surroundings.
# Close proximity to all amenities and RTP.
# Friendly, cooperative and considerate office staff and manager
# Excellent maintenance staff (both of them)
# Great schools nearby, airport is close by
# Reasonable rates
Minus points

# "ghettoization" is a recent phenomenon and apartment management could have/ should have done something about it. Although it sounds racist to pin point unfortunately it is a fact (as I have lived in different parts of the country.)
# Apartments are not very new
