I have been at Treybrooke for almost 2 years. When I moved to this area this was the only apartment I looked at. The price was the cheapest. I must say parking is the worsest. If you come home late you can forget having a parking space. Also the trash area looks terrible...ex furniture, mattresses, as mess!! It will sit there for months. In fact, there is a mattress there that has been there since I moved here in 2004. My refrig makes a terrible noise, they looked at it and said it is ok, but won't replace it until it stops cooling. I know others that have the same problem that I do. I was planning on moving this year, but unable to find an apartment this size for the money.
