This is a great community, it is very diverse several nationalities, but I have yet to see a problem in the 3 years we have lived here.

In fact the problems that did pop up that involved the police plain old americans, the different ethnicities have yet to be a problem.

The parking seems to be a problem, however the management is addressing the issues, there are several children but if you sit outside at night you will never know that you live in an apartment complex.

Do I like having to hear the loud stereo's in some of the cars' NO, it is very annoyning and personally I don't understand how anyone can stomach that base in such a small area as a car, but there is a noise ordinance within the town and you can always call the police.

I will admit that there are some culdasacs that look like a used car lot and look nasty with huge commercial trucks parked and that is an issue the management is also looking into.

I really don't use the pool only because we make it a point not to use any public pool, not even if we lived in Preston Village.

We have chosen to make Treybrooke our home we have lived in our own homes previously and at this time in our lives, we feel that this is the next best thing.

Our appliances are in great working condition, our carpeting is relitively new and we love our little back yard with a high privacy fence and so do our dogs. We love the fact that we have a patio off the master bedroom and take advantage of it continually, it's nice to sit outside and relax before going to bed.

Read all the negative reviews as well as the positive and make the decision from there. Apartment living is never what it's cracked up to be and I am thankful that there aren't any party animals living in the community having parties and hanging out in the yards drinking and carrying on like some other communities that include homes and apartments.

If you want perfection, move to the moutains and live in a cabin alone, that is where you will find it. Not in any community.
