I absolutely love living here. I feel as though I almost own my townhome. It is wonderful. Some of the features I really like are my 10 by 10 fenced in yard; my HUGE walk in closet in my Mst. bdrm. My vaulted ceiling in my bedrm. Space is just well utilized. It is perfect amount of room.
It feels very comfy and I have NO plans to move any time soon. I hope to renew my lease when it comes up. My only fear is that my rent will jump significantly where I can't afford living here anymore since I have no yet renewed a lease here. If it does jump it will break my heart and I will be forced to move.
Pool area and sun decks are awesome!! My children walk to school that is less than 1/2 mile. Cedar Fork Elementary School is only a year or two old and is AWESOME. It is right next to the Morrisville Recreation Center which has afterschool care. How can you beat the location' The police department is right down the road as is the fire department. Brand new Harris Teeter.
I really enjoy it here and have and do strongly recommend Treybrooke to everyone.

Just wanted to do an update.... I moved in Dec. 2005. I renewed my lease back in December 2006 and I still enjoy living here. I only have a two complaints: The lighting in my parking lot is aweful. They replaced the light but it only comes on sometimes and then it strobes. The quality of my neighbors has dipped some with the new people that have moved in. I am sure that it will improve though as Management has corrected other issues in the past. Our parking used to be a nightmare, now we have assigned spaces and parking passes and it's great. I would recommend this community and do to others. It is a great price and especially for the amount of space. I still have no plans to move thus far. Unless of course my dream job comes along and moves me :)

How can you think that management will correct the dipping quality of neighbors when they would be the direct cause since they rented to them?

Hi :) Just to set the record straight, everyone who wishes to reside at our community must qualify just the same as the last person and the next person. If someone passes our application process, it means they are qualified to live here just as everyone else. Our ears are always open for any comments or concerns. We want to make everyone's living experience as enjoyable as possible, but unfortunately we can't read minds, nor can we work 24/7. If something isn't right, we WANT to improve the situation, we care about our residents and our community, so let us know if we can be of assistance. -Lindsay
