Unlike the comment underneath mine, I would like to speak from personal experience of being a resident for 12 years.

I really like living here, and many people I know that are long term residents love it too, or else they wouldn't be here so long. It's very quiet except for the occasional airplanes flying above, there are some kids, they are sweet kids, most are gone before 7 at night and aren't troublemakers. Parking has improved a lot recently, and it's very safe here. Also, this place is a really good location, close to shopping, bank, mall, post office, restaurants, I don't like to travel too far for those things so it's perfect for me.

Whenever there's a problem, the maintenance guys fix it in a timely manner. Management just changed, but I think they're very attentive to our needs and are always cheerful and friendly.

Needless to say, those who write negative comments are only looking for someone to read their complaint and hopefully listen because they've had an isolated bad experience and do not want to find nice neighbors. You know what they say, "Misery loves company".

Make a smart decision and listen to us who have been here longer and not someone who has lived here 1 month, got angry one time and decided to complain about it.

I know from living here a while that about 3/4 of my neighbors have lived here for at least 5 years or more and we don't plan on moving soon.
