I have been living at Treybrooke since 2000 when my company transferred me to this area. I like the area because it's close to rtp, plus I don't have to travel too far to the grocery store, and when my relatives come to visit, the airport is a short drive away.

I have a 2 bedroom town house and it's great. Mine is on the end of the building so I don't hear much noise, other than the airplanes flying over. My rent has increased over the years, but I think that's just the nature of the business. My water heater broke once and flooded my first floor, which if I had my own home, I couldn't have had it fixed as fast as the maintenance man came and repaired it. Good thing the lease requires the Renter's Insurance because that saved me from spending a lot of money on things that I did have to replace. Oh, and I did get new carpet out of the whole ordeal so it wasn't that bad.

The community really is a melting pot in the sense that there are all races, nationalities, etc here but everyone is pretty respectful and nice.

I have my own assigned parking space that is good for when I come home late.

I don't plan to live here forever, as my dream is to purchase a home next year, but in the 6 years I've been here, it's been a pleasant experience. More like a neighborhood, a place where everyone knows everyone, which is good for those that are looking for that but everyone's different. Overall, it's a pretty good place to live.
