I rented here sight unseen following an unexpected transfer from out of state. The 2 ladies in the office were very helpful. It's a pretty nice complex, grounds are clean, unlike the last place I lived. My apartment is early 90'ish and doesn't have a lot of new stuff but it is big, and inexpensive. I can't here my neighbors beside me or below, so I don't know if it's because they're quiet, or if the building has decent insulation. I plan on staying here as long as my company keeps me here, but if I leave, it will only be to either purchase a home, or because of some inevitable event with my job. I recommend it.
