got this apartment because it was cheap and convenient. heather and lindsay started out plenty nice, but became increasingly rude, trying to bully us into not complaining. the apartment i moved in to looks nothing like the apartment they showed me. it's old. there are rust stains on the refrigerator, stove, and the dishwasher. there are spots on the carpet. the place is not well kept. the lease is a wreck and i don't think that the management (what a joke)has actually read it. the one plus is that the other residents are really nice - a good mix of young professionals and families. the elementary school is right around the corner and it's very convenient to I-40 and lots of shopping.

What are you talking about? If the apartment is cheap why would you think that the place would be perfect. You get what you pay for. I live at Treybrooke. The apartments are older but they are affordable and quite spacious, the best value in Morrisville.

The management's response to a noise complaint was essentially "better luck next time." The carpet looked like my 10yr old college dorm carpet, with the exception that they provided several large strips of carpet to cover up the really bad spots. The windows are very breezy. Expect large power bills.

ok. noise complaint? call the cops. end of story. Carpet? They are more than willing to fix it, did you even ask? and maybe you should stop being an energy hog bc mine are not high at all. its called opening your blinds and turning off your lights. idiot...
