The management's response to a noise complaint was essentially "better luck next time." The carpet looked like my 10yr old college dorm carpet, with the exception that they provided several large strips of carpet to cover up the really bad spots.
The windows are very breezy. Expect large power bills.
Trash piles up by the dumpster.

I couldn't view my unit before moving in. I was disappointed to find the carpet mismatched in the townhome, obviously to save the owner expense. And it is not insulated well. My downtairs is always drafty, even with the heat on 72degrees. My utilities are higher then what I previously paid. My biggest complaint to the otherwise nice community is the LACK of upgrades. There are no medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, which are small and have outdated vanities. It appears my kitchen cabinets are made from cheap pressboard, the stoves are ancient and there are 1970s light fixtures everywhere. I would have love to trade in some of my ample square feet for a coat closet, pantry and outdoor utility closet. I think I pay too much rent for them not to give this place a modern look. I don't agree with the rent comments. You can pay rent by using the drop box for five days.
