We needed a short-term solution for a family of four a labrador retriever. The first thing we noticed was that the staff treated us with respect, as though we were responsible adults rather than college students who needed a list of rules. In the eight months we lived there, they were always responsive with any maintenance issues. They also went out of their way to create a family friendly environment, from special kid's gatherings to simply knowing my kids by name.
The apartment was nothing glamorous but it was clean, had a nice fireplace and storage closets and it met our needs perfectly. Our neighbors were great and the nice pool was also a hit with our kids.
