Here is a jist of fixed MONTHLY utility charges that you will face in Waterford.
Trash charges - $14.88
Pest control charges - $8.99
Storm water - $9.99 (Even if it hasn't rained a single drop in that month)
Sanitation fee - $5.99 (How is this different than sewer charges'')
= $39.85 ( These are fixed charges)
additional water charges and Sewer charges = $30 - $40 (approx)
Total = $ 80 (can any other apartment beat this in Morrisville)

I personally love this place with exceptions of some of the unfriendly mysterious old world people and strong odor here but its not the leasing offices fault. I have never had a problem with anything in 2 years just extremely high rent
