I don?t know if this place has any insulation! The electrical bill in these apartments is about the worst I have seen. I compared my usage to friends and I pay almost double, even when keeping my thermostat well below normal ?comfort? levels. If one combines the cost of the utilities and the rent the total cost comes close to other much nicer apartments.
The area of the apartment complex is pretty run down. Cabinets are warn, windows are old and allow drafts of cold air in the winter. I have also experienced significant delays in my maintenance requests. I think I am starting to understand why so many apartments are empty?
