Laundry is too expensive, you'd save money going out to do it, you'd think it'd be cheaper for residents. The pool doesn't open until july, then closes in early september. We had a bike stolen off our porch in the first week we were here. The carpet was ratty and pieced in when we moved in, and when we move out we're certain we'll be charged to replace the carpet. There isn't any storage space in the kitchen, there isn't any place to put a dining table. The tennant pays 100% of utilities. It's unsafe, I'd never again have my family in a place like this.
