As a military couple it was nice to get away from Havelock which has nothing, and get to a town that at least has a shopping center and a Walmart. The apartment itself was suffering from wear and tear... Washing machine worked but wasn't secured to the counter. Fridge leaked and they never really fixed it. The closet doors are all beat up and need to be totally replaced. They actually were raising rent when we left this year and I thought it was high to begin with. The neighborhood is decent and right down the road from the community college and next door to a grocery store. Wasn't upset with the speed of service, but it always seemed like they were doing a half-assed job.
