my wife and i lived there for 1 year, and had problems from day 1. all the neighbors we had were noisy. when we left they said they had a lot of complaints about them. why not get rid of the bad. our air conditioner broke in the middle of summer and when we left in february it was still broke. we never really felt safe. the walls are thin so if your neighbor is watching barney, you have to listen to it. the office staff never really helped us and the only time they would come to the door is to see if our dog was up to date on shots. the trash was always overfowing and the smell was outrageous. you could always find a spot right next to it, if you call that good parking. i would not recommend that place to anyone. i actually moved to jacksonville to get away from there
