NEED THE REGIONAL MANAGER!

I've lived in Colony Village for almost a year now and I hate it! I moved sight unseen because I lived out of state. My husband viewed it and of course they didn't show him the actual aparmtment he was getting like he was told! When we moved in we had a pretty long list of repairs needed-closet doors wouldnt open/close, sink was leaking and not draining, toilet wouldn't flush, light wasn't hooked up, carpet was ripped up, there were holes in the walls...it was gross. Since then one of my doors will now close(the other you have to lift up and slowly slide it over), the toilet makes a weird sound when it flushes but it does flush, the holes in the wall have been patched up by tacky looking clay and paint, the sink only drips not streams out, yet still doesn't drain, but the light does work! Of course it's a horrid looking chandalier that looks TOTALLY out of place in the dump, but I've learned to choose your battles carefully when it comes to Colony Village. I didn't mention to them the lady that lives in the building across from me who cursed me out everytime I brought my dog outside until Animal Control showed up at my door, telling me this lady called 911 because a dog was running loose (it wasn't mine) and I didn't complain about the unsupervised kids who screamed outside my house and played ding dong ditch at my apartment until they kicked in my door! Since then, my door will not fully close and always looks open and I have called about this 3 times in 3 weeks, each resulting in an empty promise that it will be fixed the nest day. My husband is goin on deployment and I feel so unsafe here, more so than ever that I literally have no way of keeping my apartment safe. If there is anyone who has the regional manager's number pleasae PLEASE PLEASE let me know!!! Thanks!!!!!DON'T LIVE HERE!!!

Say it with me Illiterate...This is the prime example of the type of ignorant person who does not pay rent on time or abide by the rules, the rules that were agreed to on the lease. Hmmm!!! Who is at fault here? The living here at Colony Village is a wonderful atmosphere and great property, the staff goes above and beyond to help, but of course you always have a few bad apples in the bunch. I love this place minus the few idiots we have here. A word of advice-just read their postings and their grammer and that should explain what kind of person is writing. Their intelligence will always shine through. I higly recommend Colony Village and invite you to join us. |

My daughter leased an apartment there (sight unseen) and did not receive what was promised. She has mentioned on several occasions the issues with unsupervised children in the parking areas, very noisy neighbors (too many occupants in one (two bedroom) apartment. Requested repairs (replace doors with holes etc.) have not been made. Hopefully she and her husband will be able to move out when their lease expires in August.

You're the illiterate idiot! (Colony101). Maybe you should go back to school so you can learn how to spell correctly ("GRAMMAR"). I went there to look at those apartments and they are terrible! Old, musty, dirty carpet, dead bugs everywhere...I wouldn't feel safe there at all. Remember the shooting that took place there?...

Colony Village is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Please do not believe anyone who tries to tell you other wise, they probably work there. I'm an honest person who doesn't hold grudges. If you want cockroaches everywhere in your apt. inside your electronics then by all means go for it. If you have children, keep a close eye on them, there are drugs and thugs who don't give a flying hoot. Anytime something comes up, the management doesn't care, it's your problem. In this day and age they will say anything for you to sign a contract. Please, do not sign a contract with Colony Village, it will be the worst mistake of your life.
