Colony Village Apartment homes was my sole choice to live when orders transferred me here from Camp Pendleton, California. The manager there, Misty, assisted me in obtaining my apartment while I was still stationed in California, via email, phone and fax. I arrived in New Bern, ready to move in to my ready apartment. I couldn't have asked for more. I lived in three different apartments, all VERY spacious, free of insects and great neighbors. Anytime I had a problem, the management team was there to answer my concerns, even after hours. Their on site staff enabled me to feel comfortable that any and all problems would be resolved in the upmost time. At times, the mangement was there after posted hours, assisting tenants and ensuring any situation that arose was being resolved that day. I would HIGHLY recommend this Apartment Property to anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, easy going apartment home. I sadly had to move from their to execute orders but I already know, I receive orders back here to North Carolina, I know I will be living at Colony Village Apartments. I am very thankful for all the staff did for me in making my transition easy. Kudos to Misty nad Charity, keep up the great work. Chris
