My husband and I moved into Colony village in June of 08' and didnt have a problem the first month. As time went on we noticed the walls were not insallated and there is a leak in the ac ducts, so we were paying a lot in our electric bill, which wasnt their problem, the ac worked and thats all that mattered. The windows are as thin as paper, so unless you love the sounds of trains during the night good luck.
Soon we noticed a couple roaches ( German cockroaches ) so we had our apartment sprayed, doesnt do a thing to this type of roach, they need to be bombed out or killed with Boric acid, which is harmful if you have children or pets. These bugs can climb into your electronics, tv screen and microwave. Again this was NOT the apartments problem Jennifer had said " it's something you just have to live with, cockroaches will always be around." No Thank you when I wake up in the middle of the night for water and my kitchen and walls are covered with these little bugs I just want to throw up. I'm not an angry person who wants revenge, Just better management for the complex who can take care of the apartments.
