I lived here for four months and do not have a single complaint. The staff was kind and attentive, the grounds were well-maintained, the neighbors were upstanding, and maintenance was responsive and timely. I spent the entire summer at the pool and had a blast, and the business center, laundry and fitness facilities were nice and well-kept. I always felt safe and welcome- and it's very inexpensive and close to everything! The apartments are quite large and pet-friendly. This is THE place to live in New Bern. I only wish we had an apartment complex like it where I live now.
