Wonderful Place to Try - I think this is a very good place to stay. Terrible! Terrible, do not live here! Bad mold problems, spiders, roaches, ants. Looks new and nice from the inside and out, but behind the walls there are plenty of problems. You can hear right through the walls and upstairs. You can always hear when the person upstairs flushes

Overpriced ant infestation I have had a ant infestation for the last 4 months. Nothing seems to deter this pests including RAID. Also some of the neighbors are loud. I have been awaken at midnight by people yelling in the stairwell. Also sometimes people allow their dogs out at unreasonable times
